We're Graham and David — and yes, the pups, Maya and Miguel, are very much part of the experience. We built I Want That One around the things that bring people together: incredible wines from around the world, artists whose work makes us smile, and a space where strangers become friends over a great glass of wine.

Frequently asked questions
Where are you located, and is there parking?
There's plenty of easy parking right outside our front door at 2410 N Haskell Ave., directly across from Target and Ross, just east of US-75. If you plan on enjoying a few glasses with us, we'd love for you to arrange a rideshare or bring a designated driver — great wine is always better when everyone gets home safely.
Do I need tickets for your events?
Not always. Many things — our daily wine flights, Wine Wednesdays, Gay's Who Whine Wednesdays, or simply stopping by for a glass — don't require a ticket. Just walk in, grab a seat, and enjoy. Our more intimate after-hours tastings, winemaker events, educational evenings and food pairings do require advance tickets, since seating is intentionally limited. The easiest way to check what's coming up is our Events page.
Can I come early before an event?
Absolutely. Take your time exploring the store, grab a glass of wine at the bar, browse the art and gifts, or simply settle in and chat with us — or your fellow guests. We love it when people arrive early; the evening starts long before the first pour.
Wait… are you a wine bar, a store, or a winery?
The short answer? Yes… sort of. We're where wine, art, gifts and great conversation come together — enjoy a curated flight, sip a glass at the bar, share a bottle with friends, or take your favorites home. It's not quite a wine bar. It's not quite a gift shop. It's definitely not your average retail store. It's I Want That One.
What is the Wine Club?
A monthly wine membership — 2 bottles ($50) or 3 elevated bottles ($125) a month, in a Red Lovers or Mixed Bag style. Members get curated picks, no corkage on store-bought bottles, free tastings of their allocation, and 10% off extra bottles through the 15th. See the tiers.
Do you get new art regularly?
Yes — we rotate limited-edition art and host artist showcases throughout the year, championing local Dallas artists and creatives.
